KobarStans provides legal advisory services in Germany. Engagement commences upon written confirmation of instructions. All services are rendered subject to these terms and applicable German law.
Our services cover real estate law, business formation, compliance, and corporate advisory. Services are limited to the scope outlined in each engagement letter. We do not provide tax or accounting advice.
KobarStans maintains strict confidentiality of all client communications and documents, subject to legal disclosure requirements and professional obligations.
KobarStans' liability is limited to direct damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Liability excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Fees are quoted per engagement and invoiced monthly or upon completion. Expenses, court costs, and third-party fees are billed separately. Late payment incurs 2% monthly interest.
Personal data is processed according to GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data is retained only as long as required by law and professional standards.
Disputes are governed by German law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Berlin, Germany.
Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Client remains liable for all fees accrued through termination date.
KobarStans reserves the right to update these terms. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
